The General Services Administration’s (GSA) 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that provides agencies with flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. 8(a) STARS III allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.
Cslope Solutions, LLC, A Joint-Venture between UpSlope Advisors, INC and C-Edge Software Consultants, is a prime contractor on 8(a) STARS III in all task areas. The contract vehicle also allows contracting officers to award sole-source contracts for opportunities not exceeding $4.5M in value.
